- To end suffering we must detach from our desires
- If we follow the eightfold path we will overcome suffering

- Craving to be something you’re not e.g six pack, rich, famous
- Craving the non existence of something e.g a person or situation

Define Nibbana
Extinction or getting rid of the 3 poisons

By detaching themselves from desires and accepting we can’t always have what we want
