Group of drugs that reduce intraocular pressure by lowering the amount of aqueous humor in the eyeball. May achieve this by either reducing the production of aqueous humor or increasing its outflow

Examples: timolol, Betimol, Timoptic; acetazolamide,
Ak-Zol, Dazamide; prostaglandin analogs, Lumigan, Xalatan
