What does the ear canal do?
It purpose is an entryway for sound waves
What does the ear drum do?
It sends vibrations to the inner ear.
What is the purpose of the Hammer, Anvil and stirrup?
The hammer gets moved first which then in turn moves the anvil which then moves the stirrup.
This transmits the vibrations into the inner ear. ✨
What does the cochlea do?
The cochlea helps you detect higher-pitched sounds
What does the Auditory nerve do?
It transforms the vibrations into electrical impulses which are sent to your brain
