A

Helped improve care homes
Children started having key workers-to develop normal attachment and prevent disinhibited attachments

Evaluation: Lacks generalisability

A

Children in Romania had the absolute worst conditions and other orphanages around the world may not have such bad conditions therefore can’t use the data to generalise and there are other circumstances
