for the gold dics, a nugget or lump of gold was annealed (heated and allowed to cool slowly) and beaten flat
A circle was cut from it and decorated using the repousse method.

A

As there was no shortage of copper, it was traded with english tradesmen for tin and these was developed into Bronze, which became one of the most useful metals for weapons and practical objects
