From the organs to the lungs

From the small intestine to other organs
Where does blood plasma transport urea from and to?
From the liver to the kidneys
What 3 things does blood plasma transport?

What do red blood cells transport?
Oxygen
Where do red blood cells transport oxygen from and to?
From the lungs to the organs
What don’t red blood cells have?
A nucleus
What’s the red pigment called that red blood cells are packed with?
Haemoglobin
In the lungs, what is formed when oxygen combines with haemoglobin?
Oxhaemoglobin
In other organs, what does oxhaemoglobin split into?
Oxygen and haemoglobin
What do white blood cells have that red blood cells don’t?
A nucleus
What do white blood cells do?
Produce antibodies, to kill microorganisms
