  • 2nd branch: separates at nape and descends to medial border of scapulat 3 cun lateral to midline to gluteal region
    • crosses buttock - descends postero-lateral thigh to meet previous branch at BL40
  • descends through gastrox
  • emergees posterior to lateral malleolus at BL60
  • follows along 5th metarsal to BL67 at lateral 5th toe
