What is the First Amendment?
You have the right to your own religion, speech, press, peacefully assemble, and petition the government for a redress of grievances.
What is the Second Amendment?
If your government is taking over, you have the right to keep and bear arms. You have the right to protect yourself from the government.
What is the Third Amendment?
For soldiers to stay at a house they need to consent of the owner.
What is the Fourth Amendment?
Need a warrant for search and seizure, and the warrant has to be very specific.
What is the Fifth Amendment?
You have the right to remain silent. You can not be a witness against yourself. You can not be trialed twice, the punishment gets worse but they can not punish you for the same thing twice.
What is the Sixth Amendment?
Everyone has the right to a speedy and public trial.
What is the Seventh Amendment?
The right to trial by jury.
What is the Eighth Amendment?
The Federal Government can not impose excessive fines and can not inflict cruel and unusual punishment.
What is the Ninth Amendment?
You can not be denied your own rights.
What is the Tenth Amendment?
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
