Clinical presentation
A
Acute swelling of the scrotum
Sudden severe pain in one of testis
Often follows sport of physical activity

Diagnostic tests
A
Examination is often most sufficient

Treatment
A
Verify by doppler ultrasound Reduce mainly (twist back)

Complications
A
Infarction of the affected testicle followed by atrophy
