A

Test Strategy is a high-level document which defines the approach for software testing and sets the standards for software testing.

Test plan generally is release specific which mainly focuses on what to test, when to test and how to test and who is testing

A

a) I have produced test strategy for Morgan Stanley
b) It was for a newly setup test organization which was intending to support multiple number of applications in its BU
c) i started with the QA requirements - what are the things that QA needs like Req document, application walkthrough
d) Defining the Test Organization, Role & Responsibilities
e) QA process flow diagram
f) Defect process flow and ownership
g) Testing, Severity and Priority definitions
h) Define the entry and exit criteria

j) Sign off mechanism
