A

The Body Mass Index (BMI) test is a simple procedure that requires a weighting machine and a stadiometer. Here’s a brief overview:

Preparation: Ensure the person being measured is wearing light clothing and no shoes.

Equipment: You’ll need a scale for weight measurement and a stadiometer for height measurement.

Procedure: Measure the person’s weight in kilograms and height in meters. Then, calculate BMI using the formula: BMI = weight (kg) / [height (m)].
