Anorexia
Prolonged refusal to eat adequate amounts of food
Bulimia
Engages in periodic episodes of binge eating and then purges (vomiting or laxatives)
Binge
Eating extreme amounts of food (3-5 times normal amount) in a discrete period of time (less than one hour)
High fat/sugar/calorie amounts
During this time they feel out of control
Causes of Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)
Results from extreme and repeated trauma that occurs during important periods of development during childhood.

Combination of genetics and environment contributes to development of the disorder
