Removal of child from the home;
(a) A child may be removed from his or her home, without the consent of his or her parents, guardian, or legal custodian:
(1) Order of the court
(2) Authorized officer of the court if:
(A) A child in imminent
danger of abuse or neglect if
remains in home;
(B) Child is a victim of
trafficking or sexual
servitude

(1) Child to a medical facility if physical injury or illness
(2) Bring such child to the juvenile court
(3) Give notice to the court, parents, guardian, or legal custodian
