Over 60% noble metal, 40% gold, resists tarnish and corrosion.
What is a noble?

What is a non-noble?
Base metal, 0-25% noble metal, contains nickel (allergy), silver, tin copper. etc. subject to tarnish and corrode.

What are purposes of vaneers?
Can be used to lighten color of teeth, cover stains, repair chips/defects, lengthen worn teeth, inc size of teeth, close spaces.
What are some disadvantages of vaneers?
A lot of enamel of teeth must be removed, require deeper preparation, can be hard to hide dark teeth, not super strong if made thin.
What is glazing?
Provides smooth/shiny surface to teeth.
