A femoral epiphysis that slipped posteriorly. X-ray can show slippage, more common in obese adolescents.

What is Femoroacetabular Impingement?
Abnormal contact of the anterior femoral head and acetabular rim.
What is Legg-Calve-Perthes disease?
Idiopathic avascular necrosis of the hip.
Affects children 3 to 12 years, and males more commonly than females
