Cervix is dilated
- Vaccum is used
- Forceps and currete to scrap out left over tissue

G- Prevent grave permanent injury to the physical and mental health of pregnant woman
Grounds for the termination of pregnancy
Can be done on grounds A, C, E, F, G.
Rarely done over 24 weeks (C and D)
If after 24 weeks (ground E), fetocide carried out first.
