Clinical presentation
A
more than 10 attacks at least once a month lasts 30 mins- 7days no vomiting, nausea, photophobia 2 of: bilateral not pulsating- tightening mild/moderate pain not aggravated by exercise

stress relief
avoid cause
medication for pain- paracetamol/NSAIDS
