How to number the teeth?
A
Tooth one is top, most right. Tooth 32 is bottom, most right. Then just count.

Pulpitis?
A
Toothache - infection/ inflammation of the inside of the tooth - triggered by hot and cold.

Gingivitis?
A
Pain around the tooth - infection of the gums

Periapical abcess
A
Pain with percussion of the tooth - progressed pulpitis.

Treatment for dental pain
A
NSAIDs are best, give some sort of abx if worse than pulpitis (Pen VK or Amoxil/ Amox-clav)
Can do an alveolar nerve block.
