Q

How technology impacts a business

A

Firms need to keep up with technological progress or they’ll fall behind competitors. For example: resturants which don’t have the option to book online will lose popularity. Keeping up with technology requires time and money to install technology and train staff how to use it, however increases in productivity outweigh the initial costs.
