A

The commander’s evaluation must occur within 45 calendar days after the ACM signs into the unit or after the effective date of his or her flying status orders, whichever occurs last.

WHEN A RCM REACHES THEIR NEW DUTY STATION FOLLOWING IERW WHAT RL LEVEL WILL THEY BE DESIGNATED?

A

RCMs/UACs on their first assignment following the IERW course or aircraft qualification course for a new aircraft design will be designated RL3 based solely on a records review. These ACMs must receive a PFE for designation other than RL3.

A

This PFE will consist of the tasks listed on the MTL and may consist of additional tasks determined by the evaluator or commander. This PFE should be conducted in the applicable modes of flight and aligned with the unit’s METL.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME TO PROGRESS FROM RL3 TO RL2 TO RL1 FOR ACTIVE ARMY? ANG? RC? WHAT DAYS ARE EXCLUDED?

A

90 consecutive days from one RL to the next. If all 90 days are not used they may be applied to progression from RL2 to RL3. prog requirements excludes days lost to-
TDY or deployment
Medical or nonmedical suspension
Grounding of aircraft by HQDA
Leave
Aircraft non-availability due to movement to deployment/redeployment and aircraft preset/reset (less than 50% AC available)
Documented flight cancelations due to weather and or maintenance that had signifigant impact on flight operations
