The cardinal Sx’s for internal Dampness are a feeling of fullness and/or heaviness, discharges that are thicker in nature, and stickiness. It can also cause lethargy, cloudy urine, excessive vaginal discharge, muscle aches, sinus problems, nausea, T: thick or sticky coat, and P: slippery or soggy.

Internal Cold comes from either Yang xu (xu Cold) or from an EPF Cold moving to the interior of the body (shi Cold). The cardinal Sx’s for Internal Cold is pain with a cramping quality that is made better by warm foods/drink or the application of heat, a feeling of cold, no thirst, thin clear discharges, cold limbs, bright white complexion, T: white coat, and P: slow and/or tight
