Symptoms
Primary- tubercules (can become necrotic and caseous, then calcified)
Secondary- violent coughing, greenish or bloody sputum, low-grade fever, anorexia, weight loss, fatigue, night sweats, chest pain
Extrapulmonary/ disseminated- affects regional lymph nodes, intestines, kidneys, long bones, genital tract, brain or meninges
