increasing muscle weakness increasing loss of vision increasing loss of hearing difficulty swallowing muscle stiffness repeated seizures

inheritance
A
- inherited from child’s parents (only have one mutated gene don’t show symptoms)
- autosomal recessive pattern (both copies of gene in each cell have mutations)
- need to inherit one copy from each parent to inherit disease
- if only one is copied they become carriers
