What 6 steps must you do when applying KT?
- clean skin
- round the ends of KT
- create anchors on end of tape
- position body in appropriate position to put muscles in stretch
- remove the rest of backing as tape rolls onto skin
- rub tape to heat/activate adhesive
How do you minimize discomfort removing KT?
- Pull tape off in direction hairs grow
- pull in slow tugs rather than all at once
- place finger on skin to hold skin down
What tape can be used for mulligan taping techniques?
- Rigid Tape
