What occurs here?
What are the 2 types of it?
A
➊ Ankles in plantarflexed position, and rolled inwards
➋ • Positional – Muscles slightly tight around ankle but bones are unaffected, so foot can still be moved into its normal position
• Structural – Involves bones of foot and ankle

What are the management options?
A
• Ponseti method - Very useful way of treating club foot
‣ Foot’s position is manipulated with a cast, and this is repeated multiple time until the foot is in the correct position
• Surgery – if Ponseti method fails or can’t be used
