• Find the correct organisations and people that share with you the talent or part of it: this helps you significantly implement your talent by collaborating with others, by getting financial and technical supports.

Talent - Mastery of it —> work in a good place and get good rewards
Invest in your mind to get money, that you can use your mind to invest on it and increase your wealth.

Mind is the key add knowledge and gain wealth.

All these 3 steps involve determining the work to achieve by a look-up of what you have now, what available to you (through the Internet, e.g: papers, Profs, Universities, Industries), and what your immediate work to achieve.

Thus, career package such as research and teaching statements are a means to implement step 3, in a 2-way process between you and the other party according to the shared interest.
