Outline the general requirements of conducting FP

General requirements of conducting FP applies
- EST ID of Person
- If FP conducted at P/Station put them on attendance.
- For intimate samples, mouth scrapings should be obtained
- If UOF is required, blood sample is the preferred option
- If parent/guardian can not be located for a compulsory procedure of a child (10 - 17) ;
> ITP (preferably same sex) must be present.

What 4 considerations should be taken when taking a sample or a physical examination is to be conducted.
A
- Has to be conducted in a manner consistent with the procedures of medical, dental or FP standards.
- Presence of PO (same sex of person)
▪️ this does not apply to self administered mouth scraping
- Consideration of legislative requirements for audio visual recording for the safety and the welfare of PO and others.
- The only persons present
