BRIEF…

A

This will be a left/right seat take-off, NTOP is XX%, MTOP is XX% and MCP is XX%. Take-off Weight is 38,000 lbs. Flap 5 v-speeds are V1/Vr XX kts, orange bug on V2 XXX kts, Vfri XXX kts, white bug on Vclimb XXX kts. The acceleration altitude is 400 feet
1. Before V1 we will reject the take-off for any abnormalities.
2. At or above V1, I will continue the take-off roll and command “Max Power”.
3. At positive rate of climb, I will command “Gear Up”, climb at V2 till acceleration altitude, unless there is an engine failure with negative feather or an engine fire.
4. In such a case I will call for immediate action. The drills are:
a. Power lever affected engine – FLIGHT IDLE.
b. Condition lever affected engine – FUEL OFF.
5. We will check if the engine has feathered. If not
a. Alternate feather affected engine – FEATHER.
b. Pull-Fuel-Off handle affected engine – PULL.
c. Aux pump affected engine OFF.
6. In case of a fire engage forward bottle, wait up to 30 seconds, engage aft bottle.
7. Reaching acceleration altitude I will command “ALT”, and at Vfri “Flaps 0, IAS Vclimb, ALTSEL.
8. We will go through any other malfunction that may have occurred.
9. As we climb through 1000 ft AGL we will ENGAGE the AUTO PILOT.
10. At 1500 ft you will set MCP and carry out the QRH checklist, my radios.
We will continue climb to TV or follow radar vectors as the case may be, enter the hold, sort ourselves out and come back on the ILS to land 06.
The ATC clearance is to depart rwy 06 on the Imsan Alpha SID to be 8000 ft by 13 DME, transition altitude is 9000 ft, cleared flight level is FL200.
