Our signature dish, sweet and savory. Mild to medium spice, pineapple habanero glaze is spicy. Sometimes the pork can be fatty and that expectation should be set with guests. If pork is excessively fatty, chef may provide more pork. Additional tortillas and dressings upon request or as needed. SOS option for no spicy.
