  • QRS <0.12 secs
  • Absent or abnormal P waves
  • Exclude AF, Atrial flutter unless rapidly deteriorating

A

Patient semi-recumbant (45 degrees) –> forced expiration –> lay patient flat and raise legs for 15 seconds
