A
No, bradycardia patients require MICA for admin of atropine, adrenaline and transthoracic pacing.

What would make a patient with bradycardia unstable?
A
- less than adequate perfusion (including acute STEMI and ischaemic chest pain)
- Profound bradycardia (HR <40bpm) and APO
- Runs of VT or ventricular escape rhythms
- HR <20bpm
