A

3 attempts shock
Amiodarone infusion (300mg IV over 20 minutes, then 900mg over 24 hours)

How to treat?

A

If VT- Amiodarone 300mg over 20 minutes then 900mg over 24 hours

If SVT with no BBB then treat as for narrow complex tachycardia

A

SVT (tends to stay at same rate, sinus tachycardia waxes and wanes in contrast)

Adenosine 6mg IV STAT –> 12mg –> 12mg
