A

Ongoing respiratory or cardiovascular symptoms despite 2 doses of IM adrenaline

Treatment for refractory Anaphylaxis

A

IV fluids
IV adrenaline infusion (Continue IM adrenaline 5 minutely until IV infusion can be started)
Start infusion at 0.5-1ml/kg/hr
