A

Construct validity evaluates the extent to which a measurement instrument measures the intended construct accurately, while content validity assesses the extent to which the items or questions adequately represent the content domain of the construct.

A

If a test score is a good predictor of non-test behaviour or outcome criteria. Prediction can focus on past, the same moment or on the future. (Cito score test).
