All crew members are to review the check list below and ensure they cannot answer yes to any of the questions.
I’ Am I suffering from any ILLNESS ?
M Am I taking any MEDICATION (not approved for flight duties) ?
S Am I under any STRESS at home or in the work place ?
A Have I consumed any ALCOHOL within the last 10 hours or am I suffering the effects of over consumption ?
F Do I feel FATIGUED in any way ?
E Am I lacking ENERGY for any reason ?

(ii) 75 hrs of actual (or simulated) instrument time (25 hrs of which may be in a simulator); and
(iii) for night operations, 50 hrs of night flight time

what are the minimum requirements for a PIC of a Tropic Air aircraft performing an IFR air operation under Part 135 ?
(i) 750 hrs of flight time as a pilot (including 150 hrs of cross country flight time which includes 50 hrs cross country flight time under an IFR flight plan); and
(ii) 50 hrs of actual (or simulated) instrument time (25 hrs of which may be in a simulator); and
(iii) for night operations, 25 hrs of night flight time
if the Ground Ops Manager and the CP are not physically present how can you get a Flight Authorisation Form signed ?
the Ground Operations Manager or the Chief Pilot shall be contacted by telephone, Company communications or any other available means and obtain the necessary authorisation verbally. The dispatching operations person shall then record (on form B6) the fact authorisation has been granted verbally, any conditions or restrictions imposed by the authorising Manager, append his/her signature to the Flight Authorisation form and advise the crew accordingly.

what is the procedure for Carriage of CASA Flight Operations Inspectors ?
An authorised CASA Inspector shall be allocated a seat on an aircraft provided:
the Inspector’s duties require carriage on that aircraft; and
notification of carriage has been received by the Chief Pilot 7 days prior to the flight; or
where immediate carriage is requested, either no passenger needs to be off-loaded or evidence that circumstances warrant travel are provided to the pilot-in-command; and
in all cases, the Inspector allows the pilot-in-command to scrutinise his Instrument of Authorisation
