the Ground Operations Manager or the Chief Pilot shall be contacted by telephone, Company communications or any other available means and obtain the necessary authorisation verbally. The dispatching operations person shall then record (on form B6) the fact authorisation has been granted verbally, any conditions or restrictions imposed by the authorising Manager, append his/her signature to the Flight Authorisation form and advise the crew accordingly.
