- full use of MOA & Honcho’s pattern
- crosswinds within solo limits
- solos can maintain visual ref with the ground during dep, area work & recovery

SOLO
A
- 3100 MSL/5 or better
- crosswinds within solo limits
- Honcho controls pattern
- INNER RINGS AREA ONLY: solos limited to specific areas & can maintain visual ref with ground during dep, area work & recovery
- FORMATION ONLY: maintain VMC during dep, area work & recovery, with sufficient ground ref to visually navigate to, from & within area
- PATTERN ONLY: solos restricted to Honcho’s pattern

A
- 3100 MSL/3 or better
- no solo student sorties allowed
- Honcho or Tower controls

A
- 2600 MSL/3 or better
- no student solos
- pattern entry via
(1) initial takeoff,
(2) pattern straight-in,
(3) closed or crosswind from center runway - no breakouts
- limit 8 aircraft

SIMULTANEOUS INSTRUMENTS
A
- better than 2100 MSL/3, but less than Restricted Pattern
- ATIS will inform of recovery
- recover via GPS-B or VOR-A unless appch to center rwy coor’d w/ SOF & approved by RAPCON

ALTERNATING INSTRUMENTS
A
- Wx equal to or better than approach minimums
- all aircraft return for instrument approach
- mult radar patterns allowed during T-6 window with prior approval

STOP LAUNCH
A
- all local launches stopped
- O&B and XC sorties may launch with SOF approval

WEATHER RECALL
A
- SOF can full stop or recall aircraft to VFR/radar pattern
- flying status & nrst suitable alternate announced on GUARD
- discontinue profile & await sequencing for recovery
- climb to top of assigned altitude block & hold at max endurance airspeed
- 1st priority: solos
- next: close to divert fuel
- 250 KIAS
- after acft land, status reverts to STANDBY
- if recalled to pattern, reverts to PATTERN ONLY status once all aircraft est in pattern

A
- recover via WEATHER RECALL procedures
- normal recovery speeds
- don’t contact SOF unless special handling required

A
- awaiting improving conditions
- all local aircraft recovered
- O&B, XC & Wx ships may launch with SOF approval
