- wheezy
- sweaty

- SOB (at rest and exertion)
- use of accessory and abdominal muscles
- increased RR
- bracing through ares/ leaning against wall

subjective
- cannot clear chest
- ineffective moist cough
- some sputum coughing up
objectively
- crackles on auscultation
- wheeze
- wet cough
- reduced SpO2
- O2 requirement
palpable fremitus (feel phlegm)

- cannot take deep breath
- SOB
- reduced exercise tolerance
- fatigue
