Ataxic hemiparesis
A combination of weakness (paresis) and clumsiness or uncoordinated movement ( ataxia) one one side of the body. (hemi)

Dyskinesias are involuntary, erratic, writhing movements of the face, arms, legs or trunk.
It can look like fidgeting, writhing, wriggling, head bobbing or body swaying
