What should you do in the case that you will miss a lab?
Complete the excused absence form ahead of time. If the absence is unplanned, you have 48 hours after the end of the lab period to complete the form. Documentation should be provided, pre-lab must be completed, and the necessary information from the missed lab should be retrieved from others.
When is your lab notebook due?
At the end of each period.
What should be done if the TA falls behind in grading?
Notify Eldridge
When will the LSA be given out?
Normal lab scheduled period during the 10th week.
What can be brought to the LSA?
Lab Notebook and a calculator.
When do grades become final and permanent?
2 weeks after they are posted on canvas.
What will be dropped grade-wise?
Your lowest lab week (pre-lab, quiz, post-lab).
What is the grading scheme in the class?
Pre-Lab (0-1 pts): 10%
LSA (0-16 pts): 40%
Reports (0-3 pts): 30%
Quizzes (0-2 pts): 20%
