Methadone is a type of medication used to treat patients with opioid dependencies.

Impaired motor coordination, euphoria (extreme happiness) anxiety, sensation of slowed time, impaired judgement, social withdrawal, red eyes, increased appetite, dry mouth, tachycardia (rapid heart rate.)
Cannabis ( Mary J)
Perpetual changes, anxiety, depression, ideas of reference, paranoid, ideation, tachycardia, sweating, blurred vision, tremors.
Hallucinogens
LSD, PCP
Inappropriate sexual or aggressive behaviors.
Impaired judgement, slurred speech, emotional liability, unsteady gait (walking). Impaired attention to memory.
Withdrawal sweating, tachycardia, seizures, tremors, insomnia, nausea/vomiting.
Alcohol
Chronic memory loss due to lack of thiame (vitamin B1) hallucinations
Korsakoff Syndrome
Neurological disorder caused by lack of thiame deficiency often associated with alcoholism.
Symptoms include confusion, loss of muscle coordination, (leg tremors) and vision,
Wernickle encephalopathy
Quiet withdraws from family
Alcoholic family-lost child
Rejects the family…the 2nd child
Scapegoat alcoholic family
Aware of the problem and tries to assume full responsibility by being successful.
