Created in 2015, aimed to hold the increase in global temperatures to 2c below pre industrial levels and limit global warming to 1.5c

Targeting carbon net zero by 2050.

Failure to provide = a fine of 12.5% of rateable value, capped at £5,000 with a default penalty of £750.
