- Inspection of a residential property in Holloway.
- I noted the specification and construction type of the property.
- I noted also that the windows were single glazed and the construction was solid brick which may impact the EPC rating.
- On returning to the office, i saw that some of the EPCs were non-compliant and i wrote in my report that this would affect the letting potential and included this in my SWOT analysis and how this would also affect value.

- Management of 3 retail parks.
- Client wanted to take steps towards gaining sustainability credentials, they chose the Fitwell scheme.
- I worked with our in house sustainability team in order to establish what items we could implement to gain an award.
- My client approved the items and the properties were scored and were awarded a rating of one star.

- EPC of a leisure scheme on the Isle of Wight.
- One unit had been split into two and i advised my client that to legally let the units, they needed two new EPCs.
- I provided EPC assessment quotes to my client. They approved and i instructed.
- The assessors attended site, inspected and then provided the draft certificates.
- I advised my client that the EPCs were compliant with MEES and they approved for them to be lodged to the national register.

- Social values improvements for a retail park portfolio.
- My client wanted to implement initiatives and i worked with the facilities manager to obtain quotes. I advised that the client would have to pay for the improvements.
- I advised the risks and benefits of implementing these initiatives and advised which they should implement.
- They subsequently agreed and approved and i instructed them to be undertaken.
