- Quarterly report for a client for a mixed asset portfolio.
- I used live data and analysed the data by creating a pivot table to create a summary of Covid-19 related arrears i.e protected arrears, pre-covid arrears and write offs. I broke this down per sector i.e retail, office.
- I presented a tenancy schedule and used conditional formatting to show upcoming lease events in order to take action on.

- I collected the due diligence and statutory enquiries from external sources.
- I collected comparable evidence and verified the data and saved on file.
- I analysed the data to assist me to establishing a market rent and to analyse the market value against recently sold properties.

- Management of an office in Bank and providing benchmarking data to my client within the letter of recommendation.
- I provided benchmarking data for wages of staff and M&E costs as well as an overall cost per square foot.
- I provided this benchmarking to show evidence to my client when advising the level of service charge for the forthcoming year.
- I advised that the service charge was reasonable and fair. I advised that the £ psf was on the higher end of the range but that this was in line with comparable assets.
- I advised my client of their liability for the year.

- Valuation of an industrial asset in Park Royal.
- I undertook a market overview for this location and sector having collected data.
- I advised in my report of the likely rent achievable and provided market evidence of this.
- I advised in the report of the market strength and possible future outlook in order to back up my determination of the market value.
