Origin: atria but not the SA node
Rate: 150-250
Rhythm: regular
P wave: normal or inverted
QRS: narrow, all look alike
PR interval: shortened
Junctional tachycardia
Origin: junction of atria and ventricles
Rate: 100-180
Rhythm: regular
P wave: varies with each beat (present, absent, inverted, etc.)
QRS: narrow, all look alike
PR interval: short or absent
Multifocal atrial tachycardia (MAT)
Origin: 3+ sites within the atria
Rate: 120-180
Rhythm: irregular
P wave: present but change in appearance every beat
QRS: narrow, look alike, UNEVEN spacing
PR interval: varies
Afib
Origin: many sites within atria, but not SA node
Rate: up to 350
Rhythm: irregular
P waves: absent
QRS: narrow, all look alike
PR interval: absent
AVRT/AVNRT (ex of AVRT = WPW)
Origin: atria
Rate: AVNRT 140-280, AVRT = WNL or elevated
Rhythm: regular
P waves: present
QRS: wide w/ delta wave in WPW, narrow w/o delta wave in others
PR interval: shortened
