O: Mylohyoid line on medial surface of mandible

I: Mylohyoid raphe and body of hyoid

N: Nerve to mylohyoid, branch of inferior alveolar nerve (mandibular nerve)

A: Elevates the hyoid bone, floor of mouth, and the tongue during swallowing and speaking

I: Intermediate tendon to body and greater horn of hyoid

N: anterior belly: Nerve to mylohyoid, branch of inferior alveolar nerve
posterior belly:
Digastric branch of facial nerve

A: Works with infrahyoids to depress the mandible. Elevate and steady hyoid bone during swallowing and speaking
