On Workday click on Absence -> Correct My Absence. (Find the absence and adjust the hours then submit it). Usually only do this for In-service. They have to initially use their PTO/Sick Time, but when they make-up the hours they get them back essntially.

This command is used to free a unit that is stuck and showing “external” in place of where the incident number would show. Typing EXTERNAL on the command line will begin the process. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU FOLLOW THE PROMPTS EXACTLY AS THEY APPEAR. The unit will be logged off, back on, and you will have to RELOAD YOUR CAD SCREENS (RLD). The unit may need to restart their MDC as well.

Blue Light alarm is the Blue Lights sprinkled around the CRESA building. Front desk staff have remotes that light up the lights. When you see the light lit up (above dispatch doors), create an AL-P call for CRESA… maybe check the cameras or go to the front and check depending.

Schedule Express Process to move someone to AWC

There is no list of AWCs that I’m aware of. But don’t Create Overtime on the Supervisor spot (unless you already know it’s being filled with an in-class supervisor). You instead go to the person you are going to AWC and: Right click on their line -> Change Users Hours -> Coverage tab -> Select the hour block on the top-right -> Assign Role for Supervisor. This process will move them into AWC/Supervisor role, then you can Create Overtime on their spot.

Call ACCESS and request a Journal Request. They can find any time a plate or person has been run and send it. Then you might be able to call those places that ran the plate and see why or what info they might have to assist.

This is a doubleback with it including Callback. In Order for Workday to recognize the DoubleBack and the Callback, the user will enter Callback X2. If both blocks of overtime were MOT and no callback, the user would enter DoubleBack as the code.
