What are you looking for in supervision?
A
- Assessment of competencies
- Come to supervisory agreement around behaviorally-anchored goals to progress on competencies
- Re-eval with feedback during supervision, which might include observing live/audio/video sessions, role playing, other experiential exercises
- Help me to understand my role in the clinical process, and how my one emotional responses, biases, etc. might be shaping the dynamic
- Help to infuse awareness of diversity-related factors
