What to work on while on internship?
A
- EBTs
- Movement/speed/flow (rapid assessment of what is needed and execute)
- Case formulation (and re-formulation)
- Expanding repertoire in assessment, EBTs
- Cultural competence
- Observing limits with clients
- Paying attention to burnout
- Awareness of my own processes and in their influence on clinical/research work
- Flexibility in the face of interpersonally challenging clients
- Developing my own ethical model
- Formulating research hypotheses from clinical experiences (vice versa)
