Origins- lat epiondyle of humerus, some slips from LCL and annular ligts
- supinator fossa and crest of ulna, just inf to rad notch
Insertion- lat/post/ant surfaces of prox 1/3 of radius

Innervation- Radial C5-6

Origins- Short head= coracoid process
Long head= tubercle above glenoid fossa
Insertion- post tuberosity of radius (slip of bicipital apon goes to deep fascia of forearm)

Innervation- Musculocutaneous C5-6
