Distal: psiform, hook of Hamate, 5th metacarpal
Ulnar nerve
Flex/ addiction of wrist

Distal- shafts of middle phalanges of medial 4 digits

Action: flexes medial 4 digits at proximal IPJ

Proximal : proximal 3/4 of ant+med ulna and IO membrane
Distal: base of palmar surface of distal phalanges 2-5
Medial 1,2= ulna nerve
Ant 1/2= ANT IO
action: Flex phalanges 2-5 at distal IPJS

Flexor policis longus
Proximal: Distal ant radius and IO membrane
Distal: base of distal phalanx of thumb
ANT IO nerve
Action: flexes IPJ. Of thumb

Pronator quadratics
Proximal : distal 1/4 of ulna
Distal; distal 1/4 of radius.
